Not supported in the current version of WinSpades.
Some people allow the dealer to flip over cards during the deal. The simplest variation allows the dealer to flip over all the cards in one round around the table. Other allow the dealer to flip cards at random as long as each player has had an equal number of cards flipped over. This variation is not yet available in WinSpades.
